Tuesday, September 21, 2010 John E. Nale, Esq. will be moderating the Gubernatorial Forum between the following candidates for Governor:  Elizabeth "Libby" Mitchell, Paul LePage, Eliot Cutler, Shawn Moody, and Kevin Scott.  The forum will discuss issues important to Maine's elders and will be televised on Time Warner Cable's public access television on Tuesday, October 5th at 8:00 p.m.; Wednesday, October 6th at 2:00 p.m.; and Tuesday, October 26th at 8:00 p.m.

Tuesday, October 12, 2010, 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., John E. Nale Esq. will be presenting "Long-Term Care and Estate Planning" workshop at Gardiner Adult Education. This workshop will focus on the role of an Elder Law attorney in helping elders and their families understand the need for advance planning when it comes to meeting the legal, financial and long-term care needs of elders. Nale, Esq. will be opening M4A's 3rd Annual Conference on Aging entitled, "Next Decade of Healthcare Reform:  Impact and Opportunities for Maine", which is to take place at Point Lookout.
